How does shipping work?
Pick the cards you want from your inventory and request a shipment — up to 20 cards per package, with a combined value of at least $20. Every card travels in a premium magnetic case. Shipping is a flat $20 per shipment, or $10 for Outpost Gold members, plus $5 for the case. The exact total and current delivery timing are shown before you confirm, and you can track every step on the shipping page.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship physical cards to a fixed list of destinations, set out in full in our Shipping Policy. If your country is not on it you can still buy and hold cards in your account — you just cannot request physical delivery yet.
See every destination we ship to →How long does shipping take?
Up to 4 weeks for a standard shipment, and eligible slabs already in our vault arrive within 7 days. The longer window exists because we source physical cards from international suppliers, so customs, carrier delays and distance all play a part. The timing shown when you request a shipment is the one that applies to your order.
Can I both sell and ship the same card?
No — each card goes one way or the other. You either sell it back to us, list it on the marketplace, or request physical shipment of it.
What condition will my card be in?
The condition is shown on the card before you ever ship it, and that is the condition we fulfil against. Ungraded cards run on a five-condition scale from Near Mint down to Damaged — we do not offer Mint or Gem Mint ungraded cards, and Near Mint does not mean flawless. Our Card Condition Guidelines set out exactly what wear each condition permits. Graded cards ship sealed in their slab at the grade shown.
Read the Card Condition Guidelines →What happens if my card has a "no symbol" marking?
We send a card that is the same as, or very close to, the original in type and value. The replacement is always of equal or higher value, so you are never worse off.
When can I return a card?
A card can be returned if what you received does not match the card you originally won or were shown in the order. We check this against the card's digital imprint and the photographs our warehouse team takes.
Read the Shipping Policy →Why was my card returned to my inventory?
Because it did not pass our quality check. We never want you to receive a subpar item, so we hold the card back and take responsibility for it — you can sell any card we hold back at a 110% buyback.
